This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.
Location/Schedule:
Preference is for someone local to either Bloomfield, CT or Denver, CO for a hybrid schedule. Open to remote, USA (any time zone) for an exceptional candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor email aliases and enter new opportunities into Salesforce.com (presale and new business), timely and accurately.
- Identify any gaps in requests and work with client to obtain missing information.
- Track progress of analytic requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Review returned data/reports for thoroughness, connect with matrix partner and Sales as appropriate if there are any concerns.
- Manage RFP process, working with matrix partners, consolidating responses/edits, and review RFPs for accuracy prior to distribution.
- Package report(s) and deliver on time to client.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Receive client sales notifications, updates salesforce.com database and associated tracking tools and follow internal notification process. Ensure effective handoff to implementation and contracting.
- Maintain accurate and clean Salesforce.com database. Research and quickly addresses data integrity issues identified by matrix partners, the team or management.
- Acts as a liaison between PreSale and sales support matrix partners to optimize workflows and successfully prioritize requests.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Payer Solutions Sales team.
- Runs various client analytics and returns to our customer.
- Works with on renewal analyst team to help with special projects in Salesforce and our Payer Express Portal
- Helps our renewal analyst team with day to day tasks to maintain renewals and terminations.
Qualifications:
- Solid computer skills, including Excel, and aptitude for learning new programs as needed
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tool a plus
- Insurance industry experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently and manage, prioritize and work on numerous projects simultaneously
- Identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed
- Skilled communicator (open and effective; both written and verbal)
- Strong team player; able to thrive in a matrix environment; experience collaborating with multiple matrix partners
- Self-motivated, driven
- Attention to detail
Bachelor's degree desired.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $25.00/hour-$29.00/hour
