Description:

This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.

 

Project Management Support – Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Meeting Coordination & Facilitation
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with appropriate stakeholders across workstreams and outside of workstreams as warranted (e.g., business meetings to analyze file layouts or align on requirements)
    • Organize and facilitate pre-read and preparation sessions for governance and leadership meetings.
    • Develop and distribute meeting agendas in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs).
    • Capture, document, and circulate detailed meeting minutes and action items.
    • Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned actions.
  2. Program Governance & Reporting
    • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of key program artifacts, including:
      • Governance structure documentation
      • Workstream charters and workplans
      • RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) logs
    • Assist in preparing key participants and materials for governance forums, steering committees, executive updates, and any other large forums (e.g., summits).
    • Monitor and drive resolution of items in the RAID log, ensuring timely updates and closures.
  3. Change & Risk Management
    • Track and manage Change Requests (CRs) from submission through approval and implementation.
    • Maintain a centralized log of CRs with status updates and impact assessments.
    • Identify and escalate risks and issues as needed, supporting mitigation planning.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Maintain stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and communication.
    • Support communication planning and execution, including drafting stakeholder emails.
  5. Project Planning & Execution Support
    • Assist in the maintenance of integrated project plans and timelines.
    • Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables, highlighting deviations and risks.
    • Support resource planning and coordination across workstreams.
  6. Documentation & Knowledge Management
    • Maintain a centralized repository of project documentation and ensure version control.
    • Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members through curated documentation.
  7. Tool & Template Management
    • Maintain standardized templates for status reporting, meeting notes, and presentations.
    • Ensure consistent use of tools and templates across the program for quality and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) 

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $55.00/hour-$ 65.00/hour
