Role Overview: 35892229 Marketing Communications Associate Analyst
Contributes to the Marketing Communications job family in a support capacity.
Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products.
Maintains schedules, maintains stock of literature, updates and adds records to computer databases.
May assist in the logistics of planning and set up for employee benefit events.
Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timelines.
Supports the Account Analyst team either as a substitute or managing under 250 client size inquiries from new and existing clients and brokers, by gathering critical information, swiftly assessing type of inquiry and the level of complexity and determine to process or direct the work to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Manage and monitor requests within internal systems and maintaining oversight of delivery for timeliness and accuracy.
Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Marketing Communications and Leadership.
SKILLS:
2+ years of experience in insurance or medical fields.
1+ years Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
1+ years Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines and dynamic priorities is required.
Experience using critical thinking and problem solving to navigate complex processes and ambiguity is required.
Attention to detail with the ability to work with data systems and operational processes a must.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including business to business/professional communications.
Knowledge of group employee benefits, including SH products that include accidental injury, critical illness and hospital care insurance.
Experience in health insurance and/or medical is extremely helpful.
Background in working with contracts a bonus.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree, preferred
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
This is a fully remote role open to candidates within the US.
Hours may average 40-48 hours per week
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $18.00-$25.00/hr
