This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.

Schedule Notes

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm CST
• Training Schedule - 8am - 3:30pm CST for 1st week
• 100% Remote

Note: 

• 100% Remote position - Candidates can be sourced from across the US if they're able to support the CST schedule.  
• Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice.
• Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
• Candidates MUST be available/focused consistently during working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST with minimal distractions. Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues, as they will be responsible for the set up.  
• Please indicate location on resume and confirm internet requirements are met.

Initial Responsibilities may Include: (Depending on team assignments.)  
●  Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network
●  Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
●  Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
●  Excellent written and verbal communication
●  Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
●  Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
●  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
●  Ability to switch projects based on business needs     

Skills/Experience
●  Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
●  Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
●  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
●  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
●  Proficiency in MS Office Applications
●  A dedicated secure home workspace
●  Quick learner
●  Strong organization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

Education:  
●  High School Diploma or equivalent

Languages:
●  English (Speak, Read, Write)    

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $16.41-$21.88/hr
