This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.

Duties:

  • Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. 
  • Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files. 
  • Understands simple instructions and procedures. 
  • Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision. 
  • Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. 
  • Entry point into professional roles.

3 Non-Negotiable Skills:
- Phone Skills or Experience
- Microsoft Outlook exp
- Tech Savy

Location and Schedule Notes

  • Mon – Fri 10-7pm EST Training Schedule Tues – Friday 9-6pm  or possibly 8:30-5:30
  • Work from Home but the first day and as needed for events or training will be onsite. 
  • Need local candidates.

Education:

  • High School Diploma

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $11.62-$15.50/hr
