This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.
Schedule Notes:
- Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm EST
- Training - 9:00am - 6:00pm (2-3 weeks)
- Position is 100% remote as of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL
Overview:
- Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
- Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
- Understands simple instructions and procedures.
- Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
- Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
- Entry point into professional roles.
- Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between task.
- Great organization skills and an active listener.

Education:
- HS Diploma Required - no other certs required
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $11.40/hour-$15.20/hour
