Description:

This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work. 

Schedule Notes:

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm EST
  • Training - 9:00am - 6:00pm (2-3 weeks)
  • Position is 100% remote as of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL

Overview:

  • Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
  • Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
  • Understands simple instructions and procedures.
  • Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
  • Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
  • Entry point into professional roles. 
  • Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between task.  
  • Great organization skills and an active listener.

Education:

  • HS Diploma Required - no other certs required

 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) 

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $11.40/hour-$15.20/hour

  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
