SR CONTRACT ANALYST

Your work will ensure contract-pricing data is accurately loaded based on customer specifications, while ensuring we meet vendor rules around customer eligibility and accuracy in pricing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of pricing and membership agreements
Ability to review complex legal agreements and identify needed action items
Analyze supplier contract bid awards to determine appropriate system hierarchical position to ensure accurate customer access
Manage most complex supplier and customer pricing agreements
Review and analyze supplier and customer contracts to ensure Company is compliant with agreements
Determine appropriate member access to contract pricing based on required customer criteria
Manages a portfolio of assigned suppliers and customers to ensure updates to pricing and member access are accurate; takes action to resolve discrepancies
Works cross functionally to ensure Strategic and Intercompany pricing needs are met; takes corrective action as needed
Assists in the SME review of partner agreements to ensure proposed language is in the best interest of the business
Works cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new and amended agreements related to contract pricing and membership
Analyzes pricing and membership data to identify trends and gaps; actions as needed
Reviews escalated issues and takes appropriate action to resolve
Coordinates new team member training and evaluates member progress
Reviews Credit and Debit requests for validity and accuracy
Reviews team’s submitted reports to ensure any needed corrective action was taken
Partners with business intelligence team to create and maintain team reports
Assigns incoming requests to team work queue to appropriate representative
Identifies opportunities for process and/or system enhancements
Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements
Researches escalated supplier and customer pricing and membership claims and takes corrective action within established timelines
Provides training and ongoing support to team members; shares knowledge and best practices
Works collaboratively on projects to identify solution and process improvements
Skills:
B2B experience
Strong experience analyzing data and problem solving skills
Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience required
Pricing and membership eligibility experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative
Non-negotiable skills:
Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience required
Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas
3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment
Education:
Associates or higher degree preferred
GED/HS required
3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $20.00/hour-$28.00/hour
