ROLE OVERVIEW:

Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Clinical Operations. 

Responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing new patient registration, and entering new patient information into the computer EMR system.  

Manage telephone calls, messages and email communication.  

Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Receptionist duties and business/operating processes and procedures. 

Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

SKILLS:

Spanish fluency.  

Excellent customer service and attention to detail.  

Reliability with scheduled hours.  

Computer/digital proficiency with web-based applications. 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $16.00/hour-$18.00/ hour  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
