Location:
Franklin, TN - hybrid 3X/week onsite 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester with strong domain knowledge in Post Acute Care (PAC) processes within the healthcare industry.

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform testing of PAC-related workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues.
• Participate in regression, integration
• Work with end users, clients for user acceptance testing
• Releases support and post-deployment validation.
• work with offshore to replicate issues, test cases development, execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Required! Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in QA testing (both manual and automation).
• Strong understanding of PAC (post acute care) workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Playwright for automation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Selenium for automation 
• Experience working directly with clients 
• Jira 
• Azure DevOps 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $47.00/hour-$63.00/hour
