Description:

This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.

Job Title: Provider Contracting Representative - GEORGIA

Location/Schedule Notes:

  • Hybrid position: Remote working role with occasional travel to dental offices as needed
  • This is a Field Recruitment position; candidates will visit dental offices in person. 
  • The position includes working at home when not in the field. 
  • Team members will be reimbursed for mileage. 

Positions Available in the following locations:

Georgia - Entire State

Schedule Notes

Monday - Friday between 08:00am - 06:00 PM local time. 
(08:00am - 04:30 CST for training for first 3 weeks) 

Candidates MUST be available/focused consistently during working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST during training with minimal distractions 

Systems Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment – 
  • (Wi-Fi will not suffice. Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment)
  • Internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network:
    • Field Recruitment: Candidates will visit offices in person
    • Outbound Calling: Candidates will follow up with visited offices via phone at home
  • Visit Prep: Candidates will work from a list of providers in a given area to create a visit plan and prepare materials to distribute to offices
  • Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
  • Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
  • Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $18.00/hour-$20.00/hour

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen, Other valid work visa
