Job Title: Provider Contracting Representative (PHILADELPHIA, PA)

LOCATION:
Hybrid: 
This is a Field Recruitment position; candidates will visit dental offices in person. 
The position includes working at home when not in the field. Team members will be reimbursed for mileage. 

Role is open to candidates for the following location:

• Philadelphia, PA (Each candidate must be within 50 miles of the city and will be responsible for recruiting offices within their city and surrounding areas).   

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm local time. 8am to 4:30 CST for training (approx 3 weeks). Hybrid position - will work from home and travel to dental offices as needed. 

SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice.

Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network:
• Visit Prep: Candidates will work from a list of providers in a given area to create a visit plan and prepare materials to distribute to offices
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
• Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
• Field Recruitment: Candidates will visit offices in person
• Outbound Calling: Candidates will follow up with visited offices via phone at home
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

• The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $18.00/hour-$20.00/hour
