This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service.
- Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding orders and claims/policies.
- Responds to inquiries from facilities, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
- Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response. Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for processing.
- Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions. Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints
- Issues tend to be routine in nature.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
Requirements:

- Microsoft programs, Excel, Outlook
- SAP Experience preferred
- Some College preferred; HSD/GED Required
Schedule Notes:
- Monday - Friday 10-7pm EST
- Training Schedule Tues - Fri 9-6pm or possibly 8:30 - 5:30
- Work from Home but the first day and as needed for events or training will be onsite.
- Must be local!
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $14 - $17.80/hr
