Associate Data Analyst Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join a cross-functional analytics team supporting multiple product and business areas. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst who is passionate about using data to drive product decisions, improve member experiences, and unlock insights across complex healthcare and pharmacy datasets. The Associate Data Analyst will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Business leaders, applying analytics, experimentation, and modern data practices to understand customer behavior, measure product performance, and support scalable decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to support product launches, pilots, and ongoing product performance. • Translate business questions into measurable analytical approaches, developing baseline metrics, KPIs, and success criteria. • Analyze member, customer, and prospect behavior to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Apply analytics to optimize pharmacy benefit design, usability, and engagement. • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments end-to-end. • Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools. • Perform exploratory analysis to uncover insights and improvement opportunities. • Create clear analyses and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences. • Support data quality, documentation, and governance best practices. Technical & Analytical Skills • Proficiency in SQL and Python. • Experience with large, complex datasets. • Familiarity with ETL and analytics workflows. • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. • Understanding of experimentation and KPI frameworks. Soft Skills • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity. • Clear communication skills. • Comfortable in fast-paced environments. • Collaborative and detail-oriented. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field. • 1+ year of analytics experience. • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python. • BI or visualization experience preferred.

 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $45.00/hour-$48.00/hour
